GULFOOD 2024
Silver Hill Duck attended Gulfood 2024 in Dubai. The largest annual F&B sourcing event in the world that united food and beverage communities from more than 127 countries around the world.
We had a chance to catch up with our current partners and customers in the region and showcasing the best duck in the world to new customers also.

Our MD Micheรกl Briody and Environmental Manager Stephen Askin recently collected our Gold Membership for the prestigious Bord Bia Origin Green Sustainability Programme.
This is in recognition of exceeding our sustainability targets across all areas including Raw Material Sourcing, Manufacturing Processes, and Social Sustainability.
This award also acknowledges the effort and commitment invested by our team to ensure we work towards a greener future for our employees, customers and local community from our base in Emyvale, Co. Monaghan.

Singapore, 13 September 2023 โ InterContinental Singaporeโs Michelin-recommended Cantonese restaurant, Man Fu Yuan, announces an exclusive collaboration with the Irish Duck Company. Together, they present an exceptional dining experience that brings the best of Irish cuisine to Singapore. From 1 October to 15 November, three exclusive menus, each of which showcases fine Irish meats, reared in the countryโs vast countryside, will be offered during lunch and dinner.
Under the visionary leadership of Executive Chef Aaron Tan, Man Fu Yuan continually strives to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. Chef Aaron’s unwavering commitment to excellence is evident in his relentless pursuit of the finest ingredients, ensuring that Man Fu Yuan patrons savour nothing but the best. From the highly acclaimed “8-Hands” collaboration with celebrated Chefs Pang Lu Tin, Fok Wing Tin, and Peter Tsang, where they reimagined classics from the 70s and 80s to this celebration of Irish produce Man Fu Yuan consistently explores innovative avenues to elevate its cuisine.
This dedication allows diners to indulge in uniquely crafted experiences that transcend the ordinary, setting Man Fu Yuan apart as a beacon of gastronomic innovation and excellence in the culinary world. With each new endeavour, Man Fu Yuan remains at the forefront of redefining the boundaries of Cantonese fine dining, guided by Chef Aaron’s unwavering dedication to culinary perfection.
Irish Duck Company, the exclusive distributor of the world-famous Silver Hill Duck in Asia, is renowned for providing the “wagyu of duck” to fine-dining establishments globally.
