4 tbsp Duck Fat

HOW TO:

All you need is about 4 tbsp of duck fat.

Heat duck fat in a medium-sized frying pan over medium-high heat.

Break small portions of rice noodles off and carefully lower them into the hot duck fat.

Cooking only takes a few seconds so standby and watch them transform.

Lift out with a slotted spoon onto kitchen paper.

Lightly season with salt.
