WHAT YOU NEED:

1 premade pizza base

1 to 2 cooked Silver Hill confit duck legs, shredded

1 to 2 tbsp hoisin sauce

100g mozzarella

2 sliced spring onions

HOW TO:

Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/gas 8.

Place the pizza onto a pizza tray.

Spread cream cheese over the pizza base leaving a 1cm edge.

Mix hoisin sauce with the shredded duck legs.

Arrange on the pizza.

Tear the mozzarella and place over the duck.

Sprinkle over some spring onions.

Brush oil around the edge of the pizza.

Bake according to the pizza base manufacturer’s instructions.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle over more spring onions on top and serve.
