As part of our strategic partnership with Technological University Dublin we were delighted to host the inaugural Silver Hill Duck Cookery Competition.
This was open to all culinary and hospitability students in TUD to create a duck cooked 3 ways recipe with the final 4 students submitting recipes via video submission.
A massive congratulations to the winner Daniel McManus for his Glazed Duck Breast and Duck Confit with Plum & Cherry Sauce.
The future certainly looks bright for the next generation of Chefs!
